No matter how high the quality of the materials, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will cause colors to fade and the artwork to deteriorate prematurely.

All hanging hardware is included with our mounted canvas prints, including floating-frame versions. We include a pre-mount wire hanger draped across the back for easy installation. The only products that do not include hardware are standalone photo prints and standalone (unmounted) canvas prints.

When you send a photo from your phone to a loved one or friend, most phones automatically scale it down so it sends faster. Also, what you see on your phone or computer screen does not always translate into a high-quality print.

We always suggest uploading the highest-resolution, largest file size possible. If you’re still concerned about the image file, we offer a photo upscaling service that you can read about here.

If the artwork arrives with any damage, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. We will provide a return label for the damaged product and will ship a replacement within 48 hours of receiving notice. Unlike others, we won’t wait to receive the damaged item before sending your replacement.

If the artwork does not meet your expectations, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement upon receipt of the original product.
